1. Information Collection
At registration, we collect the agency name, business address, contact person's name, phone number, email and business license information. During use, IP addresses, operation logs, order records and file transfer timestamps are automatically recorded.
2. Use of Information
The above information is used solely to provide services, including but not limited to: order processing and delivery, bill generation and settlement, alliance discount calculation, service improvement and statistical analysis, and legal compliance requirements. Your information will not be used for any purpose other than those described above.
3. Data Storage and Protection
User data is stored on domestic servers, and encrypted channels are used during transmission. Patent documents are subject to tiered access control and can only be viewed by the case handlers. The system conducts regular security audits and vulnerability scans.
The AI services used by the platform are provided by third-party large language model APIs. Text data transmitted to the AI provider is used solely to generate content for the current task; Precision-IP has agreed with the AI provider that transmitted data will not be used for model training. The data transmitted to the AI provider does not include directly identifying information such as the full agency name, inventor names or applicant names.
4. Sharing with Third Parties
Except where required by laws and regulations, Precision-IP will not provide your agency information or case data to any third party. Data is not shared with third parties that are in competition with cooperating agencies. The handling of data transmitted to the AI provider is governed by a data processing agreement and does not constitute disclosure to a competing third party.
5. User Rights
You have the right to query and correct your account information, export historical orders and billing records, and apply for account cancellation. After cancellation, the relevant data will be retained for the minimum necessary period required by law and then permanently deleted.
