Data Security
Shenzhen Precision-IP Intellectual Property Services Co., Ltd.
1. What we protect
The platform holds technical solutions and patent documents that have not yet been filed or published. Once such material leaks, the damage is often irreversible — that is why keeping invention disclosures confidential is the first priority of our security work, and every measure on this page is designed around that goal rather than ticked off a generic compliance checklist.
2. Transmission and storage
The entire site runs over encrypted HTTPS connections, and all data is stored on servers located in mainland China, with no copies kept abroad. Patent documents are accessible only to the colleagues handling the specific case.
3. Accounts and access control
Passwords are stored with one-way encryption — no one, including us, can recover the original text. Sign-in sessions are kept short and require re-authentication once they expire, so an account cannot be used for long if it is hijacked.
We continuously run security reviews and vulnerability scans. Every action an administrator takes on user data is logged — who did what, and when.
4. Who can see your content
Data is strictly isolated between agencies and always belongs to the owning agency account. Our staff will never browse your files out of curiosity — they only touch your data when you report an issue that needs to be reproduced, and only to the extent necessary.
5. Locally hosted AI
The platform's AI capabilities — translation, review, drafting assistance and more — are powered by large language models that we deploy and operate ourselves. The models run on our own servers and all processing happens inside the platform: your files and text never leave our infrastructure, let alone reach an external AI provider or end up training someone else's model. Except as required by law, we do not provide your agency information or case data to any third party.
6. Higher security requirements
If your project demands stricter confidentiality, contact us about dedicated data isolation, or ask about running the platform as a private deployment in an environment of your choosing. We are happy to tailor arrangements to your specific scenario.
7. Reporting a security issue
If you discover a security vulnerability, please tell us via the in-page contact form or by emailing service@precision-ip.com. We will confirm it as quickly as we can, fix it, and report back once it is resolved. Please hold off on public disclosure until the fix is in place.
